Making Dreams Come True
I'm Erin Crowley, an ambitious ex-professional ballerina, nutritionist and personal trainer who decided she wanted to help like-minded individuals with their health and fitness goals.

Turning a Vision into Reality
​From a young age my passion was to dance professionally as a ballet dancer, I studied vocationally at the Young Dancers Academy in London before moving to Glasgow at 16 to continue my training at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in association with Scottish Ballet.
​
During my final year of study I was offered a contract at The State Opera Ballet Ruse and moved to Bulgaria within a month of receiving my offer. Whilst performing as a professional I completed my degree from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and graduated with a BA in Modern Ballet in 2018.
​
I have had the opportunity of performing at The Royal Opera House, London (England), The Grand Theatre, Havana (Cuba), The State Opera Ballet, Rousse (Bulgaria), Sofia Theatre, Sofia (Bulgaria), The Playhouse, Copenhagen (Denmark) as well as many more.


A Perfectionist on Every Detail
I worked at The State Opera Ballet Ruse for just under two years before moving back to the UK just before the Pandemic. It was then that I realised I knew that my real passion lay in helping others achieve their lifestyle goals.
I started working for my local dance school, teaching a strength and conditioning class tailored to the dancers as well as ballet lessons where I was needed. I became a qualified personal trainer and enrolled into a BSc (Hons) degree in Nutrition in September 2021.

My goal is to help like minded individuals to feel confident in their own skin and love their bodies for what they are capable of achieving.
To put it simply, I’m a person with big dreams and a HUGE ambition to share the knowledge and lessons I have learnt over the years to help YOU succeed and reach your GOALS.

As an ex-professional ballerina , I offer a very unique training experience. I am very passionate about what I do and I know the importance of a healthy body. Therefore the way I approach fitness and look at the body as a whole is very unique. I like to incorporate the skills I have learned working as a professional ballerina into my fitness training and emphasise the importance of good technique and mobility within strength and cardiovascular training to reach higher long-term goals.
